We’re excited to introduce a new and improved system to make managing your Intrigue Wines Social Club account easier than ever!
This update enhances the way you view, customize, and process your Social Club shipments, whether you choose shipping or pickup at the winery.
To help you navigate these updates smoothly, we’ve put together this step-by-step guide with visuals to walk you through the process. As always, if you have any questions, our team is here to help—just reach out at socialclub@intriguewines.com or call us at 250-980-3233.
Logging into Your Social Club Account
- Visit Intrigue Wines’ website and click on the Social Club Login button at the top right corner. Enter your email and password to access your account. If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
- Visit your Social club account area by clicking the “Hello (Your Name)” at the top right corner of the website. This will take you to your dashboard where you will see your information, next shipment, and past orders.

Viewing Your Shipment
3. Click “Club Memberships” to view your upcoming Social Club order. This will show the winemakers selections for this next shipment.
On this page you can click ‘edit wines’ to customize your shipment, ‘skip shipment’ and ‘cancel membership’.

4. If you’d like to change the wines in your shipment, click ‘Edit Wines’ at the top left corner of your ‘Club Membership’ page. A list of available wines will appear below your current shipment. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to add or remove wines.
5. When you have finalized your choices click ‘Save Selections’ at the top right of the page. If you do not save your selections, the order will revert back to the default selections.
Please note: Orders must be in quantities of 12 for Signature Members.

Ship or Pick Up
6. Choose whether to have your shipment shipped to your door or pick-up at the winery. Under the ‘Club Membership’ page, scroll to your shipping address and click ‘change’.
7. In the pop-out window, you can edit your shipping address, add a new shipping address or click ‘Change to Pickup’.
8. Click ‘Update Membership’ to save your selection.

Final Step
9. If you chose to ship your wine, your order auto-process on the date shown or you can click ‘ship it now’ to process your order sooner. Please note: This will charge your credit card immediately.
If you chose to pick up your wine, your order will auto-process on the date shown and you will receive an email when it is ready for pick up at the winery.
